When I started as UX Director, David and Etay were helping MuleSoft continue innovating and building great products while we ramped up the UX and product teams. They cover a lot of ground moving between high level strategy, design details, and process refinement, filling gaps while we hired permanent staff. Their support included facilitating product planning, defining UX priorities, providing UX and visual design, as well as software development efforts—coding the UI component libraries. When the time came, they provided an organized hand-off to ensure the continued success of these efforts.”
